I have taken Tata Maha Life. I have been paying the premium regularly. As I am an NRI I usually pay all my premiums through my NRE bank account. Past three years I have been struggling to receive my dividend which is against the insurance premium paid. As Tata is sending the cheque stating that we cannot directly remit the dividend to your NRE account inspite of submitting several time the required documents for direct credit in my account. Also the courier cheque has been returned to the branch stating that no response as my Mom is residing in the local address and she never received any calls. I have been chasing the customer care and the local branch they are very irresponsible and they send the standard reply like a robot. I rate this company as 0.
