Kotak bank`s branch now a days involve in mis-selling the Insurance Policy . I am a sufferer and warning the general public to be doubly sure whenever dealing with KOTAK BANK or KOTAK INSURANCE Co...I was given false commitment that the BM and the RM of a branch is giving me a mix of investment plans ( SIP, MF and Systematic plans etc ) and they have taken my initials on many a forms . I have enough evidences in written ( in exchanged mail/s ) wherein I had categorically suggested them as where not to invest my money , surprisingly I was cheated by bank , without my consent they have imposed an insurance policy on me and when complained , they have suggested that I have given them okay on phone also , when requested them to share that audio ...it`s in vain as I am still awaiting an answer ..hence , my suggestion to all that never believe on KOTAK or it`s Branch Managers/ Relationship Managers at all as even KOTAK also like other private sector insurance companies play this dirty trick .

Kotak Mahindra promises the sky. They make grand claims and lure the clients into accepting a policy. But the hidden agenda is different. The benefit that clients get at the end of the term is not worth the trouble. Almost all private sector insurance companies play this dirty trick. It is always better to discuss with your CA before taking any policy. But how many people have access to CAs as a routine is the question; and how many CAs have the time to cater to small requests is another question.
