I fully agree with Mr Niranjan. At the same time would like to add that - although they advertise and claim that a separate check in counter is being maintained for web check-in passengers. But in reality no such thing prevails. Every passenger even if he has web check-in has to stand in the same ques.What is the use of web check-in for a passenger.
I agree, the Indigo is turning arrogant with no consideration for passengers and are more focused on extracting money out of them. I endorse the description of Mr Niranjan as the same was experienced by my son who was travelling to join the college and he had no option but to buy a fresh ticket at exorbitant cost.
Too much hyped, overreacting to any situation, boasting self image which it doesn't deserve, near monopoly on many of the routes etc. have made them highly arrogant and high handed in behavior. They create unwanted panic and tension in passengers. Their counters are far less in numbers than required for the number of services, not sufficiently manned resulting in long queues. This makes many passengers to miss the flights. Airlines has already earned on these seats and taken empty seats resulting in their fuel economy - a double with situation for them but the passenger has lost money and time and got into hassles. This is the common example of Indigo traveler. This airline thrives on such moneys.

Debris behavior of Indigo staff in HYD airport and a pregnant lady forced to follow the long queue, resulting in "flight miss" even we had web-check in and on time arrived into Airport Hyderabad

However, it was only due to Indigo staff ignorance but passengers have to bear the additional cost of go and fro and airfare charges +same for the next day.

I called customer care and talk to the service desk but all in vain, they per imposing everything on us which is really exasperating and irresponsible behavior.

I was feeling very helpless and furious just because as Indigo staff spoiled our trip home with the medical condition of my pregnant wife. I also suffered a lot with my family who came along to pick up us on Airport from remote location Himachal.

Still not able to understand where should I raise my voice and to I should blame for this incident.
