If things go in the normal course, it is good. If something goes here and there, Indigo's Internal Grievance Redressal Mechanism is not at all customer friendly. Inspite of my requesting to provide me a copy of IGRM, they have not provided me with the same. Their attitude is very much rigid. Suggestions, they don't welcome. And only they are right. They are not ready at all to consider the other side's version. Having no alternative, I am now going to Consumer Court to get my issue resolved.
