It is a good airline but has many hidden charges. This business practice is eroding the customer support. Savvy passengers know it and don't get carried away by the purported low ticket cost. However, for the long term benefit, the airline should disclose all charges on the first page at the time of booking to enable customer to make an informed choice. The ground and air services are excellent, as is punctuality. I will patronize it now that I know what I get for what I pay. They should start frequent flier loyal customer program.
Hopeless service. They reschedule flight. They will not refund for the cancelled tickets
On-time, Blood / Revenue Predatory Model; Given a choice between customer experience satisfaction versus suck extra money, Indigo will suck everywhere. Possibly analytics done by Interns or fresh biz grads. The management should travel like normal economy passenger class before coming up with extra money for seat, extra money for minor 1kg extra luggage, extra money for tea, extra money for online checkin

Debris behavior of Indigo staff in HYD airport and a pregnant lady forced to follow the long queue, resulting in "flight miss" even we had web-check in and on time arrived into Airport Hyderabad

However, it was only due to Indigo staff ignorance but passengers have to bear the additional cost of go and fro and airfare charges +same for the next day.

I called customer care and talk to the service desk but all in vain, they per imposing everything on us which is really exasperating and irresponsible behavior.

I was feeling very helpless and furious just because as Indigo staff spoiled our trip home with the medical condition of my pregnant wife. I also suffered a lot with my family who came along to pick up us on Airport from remote location Himachal.

Still not able to understand where should I raise my voice and to I should blame for this incident.
