The airline is no more able to stick to its always on time USP. On the other hand their customer service experience is one of the worst. They treat passengers baggages as filth, throw them carelessly. The worst still, your expensive baggages damaged to the core would classify as minor damages and treated very casually and cooly. If you insist and fight they would give you a rs 500 voucher.
