I'll start with a warning, "Do not go anywhere near a Hathway Product".
I have been using Hathway's broadband for a over a year now, so I think I am pretty qualified to rate their service. The first problem with Hathway is their customer service is absilutely pathetic and I'm being very polite about it. The so called engineers who work for Hathway are very rude and uncooperative.
I pay 5k per month for a business plan of 50Mbps, because I work from home and need big bandwidths. For the past 2.5 months I am getting speeds below 1Mbps. I raise a new complaint almost every week and get told that the issue will gt fixed in a week, but as you can guessed it's a blatant lie. I have tried calling the nodal officer, but the number mentioned on the website doesn't work and my emails do not get a reply either.
SO basically I have paid 15k in the past 3 months for speeds of below 1Mbps and a pathetic customer support. My advice do not use Hathway's broadband ever, even if it's your last option.
