I have subscribed for 3 months from Hathway broadband bangalore. I have used internet only two weeks. Unfortunately, I shifted my house to other location. So i requested to shift the connection, the connection guy said "no connection in this area" to Hathway, but upstair tanent and neighbours using hathway only. He hasnt come and check but given the wrong report. I asked atleast to refund 2 months amount (Rs.2600). After that i informed to customer care, they directed me to terminate the connection. I have handed over the modem also. Within 15 days you will get the refund for 2 months, they said. But still i havent get the refund amount and also not giving connection. Each day i calling customer care and asking about the refund but there is no benefit. Each time they also creating a high priority service request id to the billing department but i didnt get any feedback or resolution related to this. Below are the details :

I raised complaint on 18th, 21th, 27th july 2016, 3rd 5th 20th on Aug 2016 to give connection/refund but i didnt get both the refund/connection. This is happened for most of the hathway customer who shifted the house. Please kindly help to get the refund.
