Pathetic. Loot in charges. Deduct for unsponsored service. Seek confirmation of accepting the service in five minutes of their sms message which is not possible. Their franchines/agents also charge for swiping of the credit/debit cards for payment of re-charge at rates varying from 2% to Rs.5/- per swipe all over India. The franchisee in Delhi where I get my refill has put up a notice in his office for a Rs.5/- charge without distinction between credit and debit cards.
Their TV channel services are also not satisfactory. Their charges do not match the service kind they provide. They look for billing the consumer at the drop of a hat.
While using iPad lots of ads and scheme come up . One such free Samsung 6 was awarded and money Rs250/- was to be transferred which wanted me to transfer the funds thro' mobile then I did transfer to 9989922422 and the funds were not realisable hence I moved to 9849110898 whereupon they realised the money and kept quiet without forwarding promised Samsung6
Internet Service provider. Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
