I have Airtel Mobile Signal Issue in my area (Pimple Saudagar). After raising complaints multiple times (last year Sep-Nov), I didn't get any response. When wrote to Mr. Mittal & Senior Management, I only got SMS stating, they are facing capacity issue due to Shared Site (they share with Idea). No e-mail response was given nor improvement in the signal strength. I am still facing call Drop or No Connection issue in my area. When I at other locations in Pune / Mumbai, I don't face this issue single time. Can something be done?
I have Aritel land line no 0755-4252706 at my residence since last few years. I wanted to use call forwarding facility, which I could not succeed. I launched the complaint at 121. As usual no action and after 48 hours complaint was deemed to be resolved. I contacted 121 multiple times and ultimately on 28.02.2016 I got e-mail stating that unconditional call forwarding facilties have been activated w.e.f 28-02 2016. This was only mail and had nothing to do with complaint reddressal as even on today call forwarding facility has not been activated. My experience with 121 people has been horrible. I wish to mention few complaint no. - 65137086, 65252556, 653132002 and so on. However I my self unable to understand the reason for which I not migrated to other service provider.
While using iPad lots of ads and scheme come up . One such free Samsung 6 was awarded and money Rs250/- was to be transferred which wanted me to transfer the funds thro' mobile then I did transfer to 9989922422 and the funds were not realisable hence I moved to 9849110898 whereupon they realised the money and kept quiet without forwarding promised Samsung6
Internet Service provider. Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
