Airtel boasts and promises a lot and does not deliver at all. I had bought 4G home connection in Punjab and I was assured that there would be seemless transfer of the connection to any part of the country where 4G connectivity is established. When I shifted to Gurgaon and I asked for reinstallation of the connection, I was told that the Airtel equipment supplied in Punjab is incompatible with the one in Gurgaon. I had paid advance charges for six months. They are neither refunding the money nor making the connection operational. Its nothing less than outright cheating. It is incomprehensible that the equipment supplied by Airtel is incompatible with its own mobile network at other place.
i use three postpaid connections for my family and one prepaid for 3g use. good network here in kerala. i have been using airtel for around 10 years now. good coverage but let down is customer care as with all companies in india.
Although airtel didnt get license for 3G in aurangabad (Mh) but they charged customers for it They are sharing 3G with vodafone & idea in maharshtra, there services are too poor & even they dont resolve after many reminders.
Better to use Airtel prepaid network. Corporate postpaid plans are designed to loot your money in the form of packs. it will take 4 months to decide which plan to ideally settle down. Menawhile, you woul dhave ended up paying 4 months bill in Thousands of rupees.

The most cruel operator looting customers money in the form of myPacks and data charges and least bothered about complaints against call drops. Stay away from this operator.
While using iPad lots of ads and scheme come up . One such free Samsung 6 was awarded and money Rs250/- was to be transferred which wanted me to transfer the funds thro' mobile then I did transfer to 9989922422 and the funds were not realisable hence I moved to 9849110898 whereupon they realised the money and kept quiet without forwarding promised Samsung6
Internet Service provider. Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
Airtel Services is one of the service providers at a huge cost to consumer.They deduct and play with customers' balances as they please. They remain hidden and never come out for contact. If you try and contact also, the staff reply and behaviour are terribly bad. This is one company which lives on publicity and goes on deceiving the customer. One should never involve with them. You can never get any guidance from them, except taking away your money.
