Your views on Uniform law
What are the obstacles for adopting Uniform civil law in India ? We need to establish Uniform law , so that every Citizen will enjoy same law and status in Country . Different laws , acts, differentiation are dangerous for Integrity of Nation . Political will is required to change the system . Now BJP has large mandate and majority . BJP has to take step towards Uniformity . How much time it will take to make this Country free from differentiation , free from the system which is based on religious beliefs . How much time it will take improve law system . Please state your views . more

Uniform in my view is the law which is equal for all citizen . All justice , all facilities should be given without any discrimination . No one will be considered minority, no one will downtrodden , no one will be superior, no one will special , everyone will be Bhartiya and will have equal status in the view of law or Government . Poor and incapable citizens will be uplifted irrespective of caste race and religion . more

I am not expert in this field. But I think, since freedom of religion is the fundamental rights given by the constitution of India, it is difficult to get uniform law on religious matter. However, uniform law prevails in other matters like crime, etc. more
