Religious Conversion
Is it allowable by law to pay money , to give support , aids , facilities to Citizen and after that take workshops for the Religious conversion and convert people to their religion ?

* Anyone Converts into other Religion if He/She is not satisfied with His Religion and interested in the Faith Belief and Follow of Other Religion. Article 25 notifies only this. * So, it is anti Constitutional to (1) Convert Religion for other than Faith Belief and Follow (2) indulge in Practices like rites and rituals, Darshan etc , of Other Religion without changing His Religion. Hence both are unlawful under IPC too. H'ble President and Supreme Court to understand and Regulate Strictly and Suitably at Public and National Interest. more

Government under Article 12 has vested Duty to Implement and Enforce Articles 51 -A ( e and f ) , 45, 46,15 (4) and IPC .
* Education to be Free and Compulsory upto 10 th Class under Article 45. Teaching shall be in Mother Language upto 8 th Class considering Articles 46 , 15 (4) and illiterate , majority Poor who cannot afford English Schools.
( These are Constitutionally mandated )
* Profession and Businesses of Clubs, Pubs, Beauty Parlours, Gyms, Holiday Events at Cottages , Shall be promptly Regulated and even Banned Because POLICING FINDING DEBAUCHERY BEING CONDUCTED IN MANY OF SUCH Professional Businesses.

* Eve Teasing , Ragging at Schools and colleges must be Banned Strictly following norms of Fraternity.
These and TV Channels Episodes Instigating especially youth towards BLIND LOVE , Acid Attacks , Suicides and even Murders.

Sir, can we sort out the way by which we can get rid of western culture.what way present govt.should come forward to florist Indian culture.since one year of age, the child is admitted to English school and every one wants to get their children educated by English school,this thought needs to be changed sir. more

Congress did not allow Governments to Govern. They snatched the Power of Rule contemplated in Article 12 from Governments since beginning with its Political Power and Country became habitat for mere Political Rule rather than Constitutional Rule of the Country.
It took 6 decades for People to understand and revolt against the Congress. To end illfull Politicism of Congress Party there is absolute need of Marshall/ Military Rule for 10 Years as there is no other Way to teach Politicians in India .

* Articles 25 and 26 allowed Conversion for Faith Belief and Follow of Practice only. Conversions for Economic Benefits and Social Status are against to the Concept of Religion and Shall be Banned and Stopped. Uniform Civil Code of Article 44 must be implemented under Equality Article 14.
