As a common citizen I do not feel assured of a fair investigation and justice delivery system operating in Indian Democracy.Since Indians in particular and Hindus in particular are peaceful people,we do not see any major disruptions. The disproportionate increase in minority population holds disturbing future scenario for Indian democracy. more
Religious Conversions for other than Faith Belief and Follow to be Stopped by an Anti Conversion Law more
Unfortunately, parliamentarians, who can do the needful in the matter, are not concerned about it, because it won't increase their vote bi. Whatever amendments etc. are done, are done, keeping in mind it's political implications only. more
National Law Commission Bar Council of India also not thinking on most important Constitutional Mandates like Free and Compulsory Education, Aided Education , Uniform Civil Code , Religious Conversions , Citizenship , Speedy Trial etc more
The RAMBHAROSE justice delivery system prevailing in the country needs a thorough makeover.Unfortunately the law makers are happy getting away with their crimes and manipulations and the justice system is happy with the money and power and ''your highness'' address for all the delays and wrong deliveries which has made a mockery of justice system. What is required is an analysis of each case with the aid of computers and artificial intelligence so that the present apathy is exposed for demand for correction by the people of this country. The present system is waiting to exploit and fleece the justice seeking individuals/parties ,which is not acceptable. more
If not NJAC , there shall be A Vigilance Cell for Judicial & Procedural Investigation and Action . more
Justice has to be done/given expeditiously. The problem is the delay & that creates corruption. If all proves are available there should be no delay. If any judge of gives a wrong judgement ,he should be made accountable. Constitution is well documented & so also Law but how you interpret the Law is important more
In 1947 when India got independence the judicial system of British Time was adopted. Over the years many laws enacted by British Rulers have been discarded and/or amended. However the justice deliver system prevailing in the country even in the 75th year of independence is very sluggish and needs total overhauling. Some suggestions are given below: 1. Law Ministry should assign the work of identifying British Time Antiquated Laws to a special cell within the ministry. 2. Senior Advocates practicing at Supreme Court and High Courts should be requested to suggest changes in laws and procedures to speed up delivery of justice. 3. Final year students pursuing LLB & LLM courses may be given as project work laws relating to a particular crime to come up with suggestions for improvements in justice delivery system. 4. Some areas which need urgent attention: a) Adjournments sought on frivolous reasons by Advocates to delay and frustrate the opponent. b) Filing of Charge Sheets running in to thousands of pages by Police. c) Delay in filing charge sheet. d) Listing of large number of cases before a Judge for hearing in a day. e) Implementing Uniform Civil Code of justice for all Indian Citizens to provide equal status to all citizens irrespective of religion. more
Very valuable suggestions. Need Implementation intoto more
