Yatra.com is fraud portal
does not show my booking on their portal. so I can not modify or cancel. if i do it on phone they will ask Rs. 2350 per ticket for the services. I bought multiple ticket on one PNR. my last flight by indigo from HOchi minh is cancelled . i want to cancel other sectors but they dont cancel and putting heavy penalty. Program going to thailand, cambodia had to be cancelled due to coronq virus more

Cancellation charges for flight tickets are unreasonably very high which some times surpass the cost of the tickets. The concerned regulator should look into the issue on passengers' interest perspective. more

my issue is that my bookings can not be seen on their website and i have no options to cancel paying their legitimate charges. They want me to cancel through call center and pay 1000 extra for each ticket and sector more

That is unfair trade practice under the Law and you can file complaint with Competition Commission more

File a case in the District Consumer Forum because the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control. This is callef "force majeur". The airlines is bound to refund full amount. As a parallel action, also complain to the Director General, Ministry of Civil Aviation. Their address is on the web site. They have powers to investigate your case and issue necessary directions to the airlines concerned. more

Consumer Affairs Ministry should take stern action against such website which are designed to game the customers. more
