Cheating and fraud by Air india
on 4th october i flew by air india business class from delhi to Toronto. Seat was broken and could not sleep for 14 hours flight . i was sitting like economy class seat . I sent complaint through their web site and twitter, can any one tell me any ID they have where i can send official complaint . There is no ID even on their portal more

Generally one will get an e mail immediately after the journey from Air India to rate your journey 3xperience. There you can give the feed back categorywise, seat comfort, food , punctuality etc. more

Even i started flying only with AI , but they need to give enough comfort, I am Maharaja class member and there is no respect for this more
