S.C. 2 days back directed the Political Parties to submit the details of Electoral Bonds to S.C. in sealed Covers. Accountability to Constitutional Mandates, shall not allow the names and amount paid to Political Parties towards Donations/Subscriptions/or in the name of Electoral Bonds. Transparency, Trustworthiness shall not give way for encouraging usage of Black Money or Corrupted Income. In 2013 also, Congress together other Parties denied and defied this move of E.C. while the President of the Country and Supreme Court also could intervene. National Interest is thus still to be upheld. Protecting the Political Parties and the rights of Privacy of such Donors/Subscribers IS IN DEED AGAINST THE CONSTITUTIONAL NORMS while the Offences relating to Elections under Sec 171 A to J had been grossly neglected in penalization since last 6 Decades. Even the issue of Black Money, Corrupted Income, Concealed Wealth since 6 Decades has been willfully allowed in the Country and the List of Individuals/ Enterprises that were identified as having been deposited in Swiss etc., Banks [I think] IS ALSO PENDING IN Supreme Court. Many Cases pertaining to Hundi operations ; Money Laundering ; Quid Pro-quo too had been pending in several departments of POLICING while a considerable Cases are pending in various Courts since long. Under these circumstances while there are many issues linked with Corrupt practices in Banking Sector ; SEZ, Knowledge/Export Parks etc., which are running towards NPAs, NEGLECT ON TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY OF PUBLIC AND Government Funds/Finances is indeed against to the Constitutional Objectives and even anti-national and need fast interference by S.C., the ultimate Constitutional Organ for JUSTIFIED RULE IN THE COUNTRY. more

The increasing Convicts in Legislatures, Corruption Controls of BJP together lead to serious thoughts of Sri Farooq Abdulla, National Conference who staged that a Separate PRIME MINISTER SHALL TAKE PLACE IN Jammu and Kashmir. This is the outburst of collusive instigation for Joint Alliance that had been sworn in Kolkata Meeting by AAM AADMI ; AITMC ; TDP ; JDS ; CONGRESS ; NC etc., STAGING THEIR DEMANDS TO REDUCE THE AUTHORITY OF UNION OF INDIA [GOI]. This such is dangerous to the Constitution of India since the Part III and Part IV of the Constitution specifically under Articles 12 and 36 read with Preamble of the Constitution UPHELD THE OVERALL TERRITORIAL RULE AND RESPONSIBILITY with the State as a whole too and particularly set the Rights of Parliament and President of the Country with several supporting Articles of Authority of these TWO. This is an issue that Supreme Court of India need to direct specifically once again please . more

We indeed need Constitutional Governance delivering whole Objectives of Mandates specified and Guaranteed. BUT NOT POLITICALLY DIVERSIFIED ILL-FULL PROVISIONS CORNERING GENERAL PUBLIC WHICH HAD INCREASED THE PAUCITY AND POVERTY DECADES TOGETHER. Education and Self Employment provisions had been set aside since after 1990 without caring the increasing Population. POLITICAL, CAPITALISTIC DEMOCRACY SHALL BE SET TO END bringing Socialistic Economic Democracy enforcing the Mandatory Provisions prescribed in Part IV, the Directive principles of State Policy FOR WHICH SRI MODI HAS BEEN WORKING TO CATER IN GENERAL TO ALL PLACES OF THE COUNTRY . General Public and Voters are to be known of their Constitutional Rights under this Part IV WHICH THE INDIVIDUAL STATES, REGIONAL AND CONGRESS PARTY HAD TOTALLY SET ASIDE SINCE 1990 . Supreme Court decades back itself confined that PART IV is part of Life Article 21 and also form part of Preamble Guarantee of JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political. more
