Unused/Unrerovated/Deserted/Barren/Unmaintained Property can be Taken Away by Government
When I used to visit Capitals then I used to notice barren/unmaintained/unused Government Lands and Barren Building.
This results in the Increase of Crime rate in many villages/cities/capitals.
It's duty of Government to take away unused Barren Lands having hoarding of Government board.
Similarly in past many barren/deserted Industrial areas were taken up / Purchased by Government or non-government sectors.
Unrerovated/barren/broken/unused/unmaintained Buildings within Government/Non Government Residential Housing Society can also be taken away by Government and Given to families under state Government schemes as renovated residence.
This might minimize the risk of Crime in any Industrial zone or Residencial Area. more

Government to intimate owners of land and records updated. If owned by private, they should pay taxes and get the property surveyed to avoid encouragement. Privately owned properties to be utilized to avoid misuse. more

Government and Non-government agencies and employees should not misuse their Positions and Cards while making survey of Barren Lands/ Barren Industry/ Barren Industrial Residences and Under-construction Buildings more
