Whether the rackets are operating inside your workplace/township (RIL VMD) control room or facility zones — this is a strong claim and needs supporting evidence. The phrase “sex speaking groups … are not actually sex speaking gro” is unclear — if you mean groups claiming one role but carrying out another (e.g., cover for arms trade), that’s a serious allegation. The linkage between these “groups” and ammunition rackets: how direct is it, what evidence do you have? When I was within Ammunition Office and Ammunition Factory Long back, that time, there was no Army Syndicate Controlling Army Ambush or Encounters, as they maintain Syndicate nowadays. I am personally against any Ambush or Encounter of any Humans in any states or Zones of INDIA. I firmly belive everyone can be Rehabitated. Ammunition Smugglers/Manufacturers/ Dealers will never stop the war of Colors /Caste/States as you already know. more
