Solution to remove caste status of person legally .
When any one uses the word like "upper caste , dalit , sawarn etc " , then it is actual backward mentality which is oriented on caste , Varn System .
Now , it is the time to come up by leaving these age old discrimination .
In independent India , still , caste system is being used as a basis of providing facility to public .
Our backward commissions are using castes as a basis for fixing categories for reservation .
Are we really want to end discrimination ?
OR want to continue by using TAGS of caste for Citizens .
Is it not insulting when our system ask citizen about their caste/creed , Religion (faith) .
Who will stop all this ?
It is a big question ?
Why don't we put all the society into General or common Category /class irrespective of caste creed and Religion
and provide 50% reservation to poor /disables .
This will be only legal solution to end caste status of person . more

BC and its Castes were after States WHILE STATES are now after BC Communities. Constitution did not name any Caste except SC/ST. WHY CASTE BECAME PROMINENT IN India ? and HOW ?. IS JUDICIARY watching ? more

1. Even our Constitution had Article 17 being a fundamental mandate and is Citizen Responsibility . 2. Articles 46, 335, 338 etc covered SC/ST. and is inevitable at the concept of Scheduled Area and Tribal/Forests. 3. Politically opted Castes in place of Backward Classes, Weaker Sections was set for correction by SC mandating deletion of already addressed as well as the rich But Religion and cast oriented CONGRESS PARTY had set aside in 1963 and also the mandate of Uniform Civil Code in 1995. It thus carried Castes for their Vote Banks. 4. I strongly believe that Congress AND it's Castes oriented Allies totally set aside the issue of Classes preferring ONLY CASTES in 1970s though they IDENTIFIED Backward Classes addressing provisions of P.D.S. This is the ill full AND will full concept of the Congress Party and it's Castes based Allies. 5. We can definitely achieve eradication of Castes Base for all, in all in the Indian Territory only if Congress and it's Alliances accept and Agree to remove Castes Based Provisions under the Constitution except the legitimate SC/ST. This definitely can be achieved since the mandates of Constitution , Articles referred / Quoted above strictly help us AND the General Public to have Peace, Pleasantness improving Fraternity undisturbed as also desired by Dr. Ambedkar. 6. Dr. Ambedkar ' s comment and quotation " Castes are anti national since they create jealousy and Antipathy. In an another way Castes are anti national since they create rivalry between Castes and thus ruin Fraternity. " Shall be the mandatory direction to all including Parliament, President AND the Judiciary since the PREAMBLE of our Constitution SPECIFICALLY adopted 'Social and Secular Governance ' while guaranteed Fraternity. 7. In fact, None can curb Castes, Religions. World Countries possess these with dedicated practice and the incidents of Paris, IS, ISIS are the proven facts in-case of indulgence. more
