SC asks Magistrate to give reasoned Order in Yogi case

Though in the recent past SC has come out with several bold and landmark judgement, some of their orders seem to stem from political diktat. Now why should an SC Bench of Judges advise a Magistrate to give a reasoned Order in UP CM Yogi Adityanath case where he is accused of causing riots by inflammatory hate speech inn 2007? Isn't it SC's action far reaching or do they want the Magistrate to give a favorable order thereby making him a fall guy? Isn't the Magistrate competent enough to apply the documented proof to pass an order? more

In all cases, judges are required to give a well-reasoned order. It is also the most logical thing to do. I do not see anything wrong with the S.C. directive. I have suffered immensely in some 8 cases which I lost and where the court orders were superficial. I had to appeal in the next higher court to win these cases. more
