Why land mafias are in India only because all of them have been getting support from governing bodies. Money under the table is so common that every one now knows that without giving money under the table no work can proceed ahead. In this backdrop solution is possible when we clean the governance. more

I am really sorry to take note of the situation but would like to mention that this how we have developed the nation after independence. I am hopeful the Honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi will take note of this situation and will put in effort for seeking solutions to such problems. I am a teacher when I ask students how many of you speak only truth the reply is we can’t survive by speaking truth. Even our parents ask us to speak many lies every day. Then how can we think of development? more
Dear Sirs, Dear Sir/Madams, I will be thankful to you if you kindly advise me on the following provision of LIMITATION Act. " the date on which cause of action is to be taken" If a person spends about eight years through Govt. Regulatory bodies and public grievance authorities to convince them and final reply is received after eight years. In this case what is the date of cause of action: The date on which the reply is received or otherwise? Thanking you. Yours truly, *D. V. Sobti* more
