Ola most pathetic
I recently had such a nasty experience with Ola. Ola at banglore airport is a big NO. We booked a prime SUV with ola and turns out the car was very dirty and dusty. My mom is asthamatic.
We then asked other car drivers of same type who first agreed and then when the dirty car driver said its my chance they all refused to go. Ola management was absolutely helpless and didnt help one bit.
Finally we had to take the same car with dirty driver.
The driver than charged us 684 rupees for a 14 kilometer ride.
Never taking OLA again.deleting app from my and all my familys phones more

Please remember this: ALWAYS order from the car renting agency separately for every trip you make from it's cars. A Calcutta lady,after using a car for many trips one day agreed to driver's suggestion that he would pick her up next morning for the airport and there was no need for her to book separately. She agreed and got killed. It happened in Bangalore in 2020. more

In my experience, Uber is pricier but better, at least the drivers are well behaved and seem educated. Ola drivers looked like street tramps. more

Uber is buying OLA, so they just dont care. Even drivers use Ola only as an alternative. They have no customer care, no one bothers. And, even Uber does not refund or bother to correct dirty cars, no a/c, rude drivers etc. WIll only send a mail saying they will take 'action'. Only way forward is competition. With the same technology, same drivers, then the only differentiator will be customer care. But, there is no competition in sight! more
