Yes, we are governed by morons. Tax SUV manufacturers. Use the tax for road construction. Maruti stopped making diesel 🚙 in 2020, 3 years back. Can't Mahindra, Mitsubishi, Tata and Toyota also stop? Greedy manufacturers! Diesel subsidy, causing congestion, the culprit! more

Instead of collecting such taxes, levy heavy fine on violators - no parking, blocking lanes, mobile talking and driving, parking on pavements, one way violations, smoke emitting vehicles, overloaded vehicles (people or goods)... Fit hoysala vehicles, one ways, signals with cameras. Clear and visible sign boards of one way, no parking (not 50 mts this side and that side) etc. Police in mufti move around to catch violators. When police stop a vehicle for violation, there should be no discussion, only penalty. Any police caught taking a bribe to be suspended and made to pay 10 times the fine. This will not only fill the govt coffers, but also make vehicle owners think twice before taking out their vehicles. more

Govt is ,"for of by THE PEOPLE". Since PEOPLE are congesting the ROAD, whom to tax then. Earlier govt proposed USER/WALKER TAX for those who are not owing any vehicles. Earlier to that vehicle parking tax in front of your house/s. Earlier to that FLYOVER TAX proposed and many more. Central IT, TDS, TCS, GST, CESS, SERVICE CHARGES, and many more. We are "BORN TO PAY." more
