I fully endorse view and also greviances of my Male brothers and particularyly army man. However u may say anything and till in natural way Women are weak and need extra support. Hence certain law are made totally in their favour which of course are highly discriminative and also baised. But the culprits are Police Agencies who are either not well equipments and not highly qualified it is need of hours to dilute their powers in criminal cases relating to cruelty dowry or marriage related issued. When there are family court why we need criminal court for marriage related issue You cannot have every court to take up such matters as it is wate of time and money. I think family court should be abolished if matters are to be dealt from criminal angle. more

The police know how to change the rules and regulations. It is true that nowadays after marriage we should always have proof of all things. But how do the police raise money for a long period of time they know very well. Even if you, why not be give the evidences of your innocence And if came pressure of the women's movement then just God will be saved. पुरुष हमेशा आखिरी समय तक कोशिश करता ही है शादी और इज्जत बचाने का मगर पुलिस व कोर्ट चक्कर के बाद सब रास्ते बंद हो जाते है। more

DVA was also enacted in 2005. That is also one of the reasons for increase in Divorce. more

Sec 498 A & 406 are pro women and non bailable offence and men are never heard once case is registered under these sections. It's painful that our constitution give equal rights to both men & women but during framing these sections constitution was ignored . These sections were adopted for benefit of women who go through menace of Dowry & Domestic violence but after lapse of time now a days it's widely misused for making money & destroying family system of our society on false pretexts. Time to time Supreme court took cognizance and issued orders to state judiciary & Police but still menace is on.Reporting of Actual women suffering from Dowry & Domestic violence are very few who seek the redressal but number of false case are very high by virtue of which families are breaking on petty issues which can be resolved,police of Mahila thana/ CAW cell & Lawyers are fully involved and making money . In view of the above Govt should make these sections bailable ,so that police & complainant women cannot misuse them,both men and women should be heard , cognizance of men submissions and proofs should be take care off by police and if women found guilty same punishment should be accorded as fixed for men. more
