Mr. Raj your are talking before independence when India is under British rule. At that time the issues are different and need was different. Now India is Independent and issue here is how to improve it. more
I am not skeptical of courts always, reason could be that I am a lawyer. All great people who served the humanity were common man but did uncommon thing. Garibaldi was a farmer and cultivator who contributed in unification of Italy. Gandhiji was thrown out from train......, Numerous examples are there which generates hope in us. So, come together to make a better India. Let me know if you need any help. :) more
Sir/Madam, Rather straight going for filing a case with NGT , report to the relevant authorities like in Delhi MCD , DDA maintaining & responsible for upkeep of parks. And even NGT website / phone numbers . Regds Sanjay Verma Advocate more
Mr. Raj what is NGT and you very well know how much time it takes to deal with authorities. I thing one life is not enough to deal with Indian courts for a common man. Indians know how they are dealing with their problems. more
NGT do have jurisdiction to deal with such menace and ignorant attitude of the government officials. In fact, NGT has taken some serious cognizance in such matters. You could try to knock NGT doors but prior to that I request you to exhaust with all the written complaints with authorities concerned. Regards more
