Misuse of pro women LAWS rampant in INDIA but Indian Govt oblivious.
Misuse of pro women laws(DV,498A & new Rape law) in INDIA is rampant.Supreme Court mentioned IPC sec 498A as Legal TERRORISM and has called for its scrapping but all Govts have turned a blind eye.Till date LAKHS of families have already been destroyed and same would in future too if govt doesn't step in to scrap or make laws gender neutral.What can a common man do under these circumstances?Does it mean there is no JUSTICE in INDIA.Suggestions welcome. more

In case of Sita Devi, there are 2 cr. cases decided in favor of accused. But none is interested to get this woman in jail. more

Yes. But unless and until the affected person goes to court to file a case of defamation. more

Dear Mr. Mahesh Chander Ji, In my view Govt. has come to a stage where stepping back is not possible. Every body had a taste of corrupt income. No one was rather is interested in saving the society. In case they try to amend the laws in the wake of SC judgments, it is not possible. In fact one of the society is demanding more and more strict laws without thinking the repercussion but is interested in only abusing and abusing only. The latest example is the Madam Jasleen Kaur incidence in Tilak Nagar Delhi who never thought of that an innocent person will just loose a job for doing nothing. It could be only the courts which can ensure that abusers are punished with the same quantm of punishment. this is my view and hopefully a true picture. more

Indian politicians belonging to different parties become on a single platform in making laws advantageous to their political activities befooling the voters. Section 498A, DV & new Rape Law of the IPC is in their favour in attracting voters of a section of the societies and therefore none is interested in scraping such draconian laws. Until there is a change in the mindsets of our men & women and we overcome our greed and ego, no law can bring an end to the social injustices. There is no use of accusing this side or that side. As far as dowry in Indian marriages is concerned, while both the parties are equally responsible for such illegal transaction, the concerned brides & grooms are also to be accused for inability to overcome their greed. more
