Minimum Wages and corruption

Corruption on Minimum Wages has to be controlled by the Central and State Governments because the corruption are happening without the knowledge of the government and affected people/ employees those who are not able to bring to the notice of the present governments. All most all the important cities factories, establishment, garments, and etc., are not paying the minimum wages to their employees. The wages has to be paid to the employees individual bank accounts by avoiding cash payments which will naturally avoid the corruption on the minimum wages which are paid directly by the management. Government has to check the minimum wages paid through bank account or not to be checked from time to time through which at least some percentage of corruption may be avoided. In particular, women employees are not to be engaged after 6-00 p.m. so that they can reach home in time and take care of their children and family members. more

Let other states can also spend the subsidies to the poor. For getting the votes there are so many poll promises which are fulfilled or not nobody knows and at least feeding the poor is main important one. It is well known fact that the poor is poor only in India and the richer is becoming richer and the middle man cannot join to the richer or the poor because of status. more
@Ashok Golas This will increase privatization of the assets and services that government holds now. And Government will be there only to regulate, control and Govern. And it will be a welfare state by directly spending on the subsidies to the poor. They will get the votes in return. The whole strata will be clear. RICH, Middlemen, Poor !! Politician will get the votes from last two and money from the rich. Rich will always be rich. Middle men the mourner and poor the dreamer. more
I fully agree with you that the senior employees are doing it which has to be stopped and avoided, they should engage them only from the permanent employee but not the contract employee, government has to pass strict orders on this which is becoming back door appointments later date. more
Mr. SUDALAI MANI PONNUSAMY: As an example, Senior Government employees think that they are the lords and need lots of minions to cook food, clean their house, and do other odd jobs. For such jobs, a contract employee is hired. This practice is going on rampantly - go to any senior officer residence & verify yourself. more
All employer must pay his employs wages through the Banks only is a very good idea more
