MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

Dear Modiji, at present you are facing the Oxygen cylinder shortage, Remdesivir medicine shortage and bad distribution to the needy hospitals, inadequate vaccination or improper distribution of vaccination to needy places and shortage of immune drugs to the corona patients, other anti virus medicines, doctors reluctance to attend the corona patients etc, which tells up on the GOI administration very much. Any amount of meetings, advices to officials and State C.M.s will not bring any solvable solution. The only ELIXIR for these problems is DECLARING MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT ONCE THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY so that all problems will come to an end. PLEASE DO IT, DECLARE MEDICAL EMERGENCY IN INDIA AND SAVE PEOPLE. DO NOT HESITATE. more

Medical emergency will not solve the problems faced now. Remdisivir should not be used indiscriminately. AIIMS doctor Guleria has made this amply clear. Artifical shortage of this has been created by dishonest humans to loot the public. If we follow appropriate covid behaviour, we can avoid 95% plus problems. So let's be honest citizen. more
Politicians at the center and state and local have to take accountability, responsibility. When there are elections we are forced to vote and most of us do so without knowing who the candidate is because we are told it is "our duty". Is it not the politician's duty to ensure they take accountability and responsibility for all the "not so good things that happen", instead of only the "good things". They cannot shirk responsibility by blaming the govt officials, for the govt officials report to them. Just telling them to ensure vaccines, oxygen cylinders, beds, medicines etc. are available is just not enough. They have to get their hands dirty to ensure things are set right. If they come out for election rallies, why can they not go out and find out what is happening on the ground. This will help them take informed and practical decisions. more
Further I suggest that in respect of supplying Remdesivir , the State Medical Council or any other organization which supplies this injection should get online prescription from hospitals citing the name of the patient, age, along with Aadhar Card details and based on this this hospital can be supplied 6 vials per patient admitted. The hospital should make payment by IMPS/RTGS/NEFT to the organization, who in turn should give a confirmation letter with running number, and based on this receipt the hospital can collect the medicine. All this can be done within hours. This injection should not be sold through any medical shops. This should be banned. In big cities, the collection can be through sent through courier also. Cost to be born by the hospital / patient. A special set up should be made available in the organisation accepting and given confirmation. more

Black marketing and making money through crooked ways by fleecing the poor and the needy is the main reason for the shortage of Oxygen etc. If this can be tackled half the problems are solved. more
