1. Farmers to have Right to Sell their Produce anywhere in India Enjoying Provisions of Article 19.
2 Farmers to be permitted to Export their Produce directly under Central Export Council/Commission.
3. Retail Price and MSP to Farmers to be so Regulated so that Profit Margin Shall reasonably be 20% after Adding Cost of Transport which only Help People.
4. Farmers to get Minimum Sale Price Assessment under APMC.
5. Agricultural Lands mortgaged not to be allowed for confiscation or Change of Land Use.
6. Subsidies on Fertilisers, Pesticides to be Regulated and Controlled under Direct Bank Account Credit System.
7. Adulteration of Seeds Fertilisers Pesticides and Food items Shall be subjected to severe Punishments and imprisonment.
8. Govts to eliminate Middlemen Monopoly in Food-Grains.
9. Tax on Agricultural Land Shall be continued recording Crop Cultivation and Extent.
10. Income Tax Exemption on Agricultural income to be Confined to 10 Ten Acres and or Limiting Total Income to 5 Five Lakhs per Year.
11. Poor Farmers having Agricultural Activities on 10 Acres and below are to be considered for Interest Free Loans on purchase and Use of Farm Equipment.
12. Agri Land-Owners having 10 Acres and below are to be provided with Subsidy on purchase of Farm Equipment Banning Resale.

Exactly Correct. APMC, GOI Shall in the event of Fair Price demand Shall Analyse MSP. But Bumper Cropping, Bumper lots of Produce must Inevitably under Planned Cultivation. Otherwise NONE CAN PAY Minimum Sale Price for Abundant unpredictable Stocks. State Trading Houses also to undertake Transport IN ORDER TO SUPPLY THE END USERS AT REASONABLE PRICE CAP. Hence the Implementation of New Bills IS ONLY HELPFUL UNDER Article 19 (1) too . Mediators, illfull Businessmen with NEXUS BETWEEN POLITICIANS ARE THE FORCES BEHIND THESE PROTESTS . Only Judiciary can Justify if at all the Stakeholders do not agree for Moral Analysis between the OLD SYSTEM AND THE SYSTEM Contemplated under NEW FARM BILLS . more

It is Oppressive Monopolistic Arrogant attitude Against Judiciary which is the ONLY CONSTITUTIONALLY RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY IN THE EVENT OF JUSTICE AND JUSTIFIED RULE. Probably, you have missed to see and hear this morning's (12/12/'20) Interview of Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman on the TV India Today Channel . I am lucky to enjoy the interview. I followed the program of interviewed 'Questions & Replies' in coordination with rapt attention . For your information, let me tell you there is no justifiable cause from the farmers side against the New Farm Laws/Bills. It is evident to me in my mind that the Farmers are either politically motivated or purposelessly impatient when the economy is legally safe in the hands of our Union Finance Minister and recovering from the passing away pandemic . Moving Courts-of-Law amounts to stampeding the Constitutional Rights of the ruling BJP Party to erode BJP's Assertiveness and Authority in matters of Farmers' interests /Benefits. In fact , Farmers are indulging in national waste of Time+Energy with a narrow light in their mind for astrological gains. Congregation of Farmers offend all laws of Indian humanity . more
