Legal &judiciary

First all the courts should fix the fees structure for Advocates for the suits&procedures.when the judiciary expects business houses including eateries to display the price of eatebles, the same should be followed by all the courts reg fees boadrds for Advocates for the benefit of clients.
Simple procedures for shifting of Advocates in cases.
No of vaidas, adjournments should be limited.
As for as timing of finishing suits the Advocates rule the courts and judiciary with exceptions.
This should change, the Judiciary should rule the Advocates for the benefit of common man public!?? more

mr.Ramasamy what you said is realty all those things which happen in courts we don't know being an advocate you know it better than us and from your comment i realize that saying is correct that ( corruption is start from up ) this practice of adjournment of case should be given to all equally without any prejudice or considering anybody's face value, then only this corrupt system will get eradicated otherwise public suffering will never be end. more
Mr. Barkath Ali, In courts you might have noticed to get an adjournment of case: A junior advocate has to beg the Judge telling some suitable lies whereas the judge will ask for a convenient date from senior advocates. Unless this situation is changed the disparity in fees cannot be eradicated. Further there is one more thing called "Face Value". No more to discuss in this. more
I agree that Advocates protect human rights in petty cases also, and when everybody givesup the ultimate is four and Advocates play a vital role....no doubt....may be a good nos of them charge % which can be regularised and this is only a positive suggestion, should be read with positive thinking only... more
MR.DHARAMRAJ WE ARE NOT DEVELOPING ANIMOSITY TOWARDS ADVOCATES OUR SUGGESTION IS TO GIVE THEM TARIFF FOR THEIR SERVICES. IT IS GOOD FOR THEM AND FOR LAYMAN ALSO TO TAKE THEIR SERVICES.WE AGREE THAT POLICE IS VERY MUCH FAVORING CRIMINALS AND HARASSING POOR LAW ABIDING PUBLIC AFTER TAKING BRIBES FROM THEM.BUT THERE ARE SOME ADVOCATES WHO ARE ALSO CHARGING HEFTY FEES-ES FOR THEIR SERVICES AND OUR SUGGESTION IS FOR THEM AND GOOD ADVOCATES WILL GET AT-LEST SOME CLIENTS. more
If u start thinking of treating advocates on par with co-citizens, there will be nobody to represent u in cases of ur petty offences in the police stations. Already the attrocities of police has no control and human rights violations are countless in police stations. No judge can help u or protect u from police. Politicians are the other attackers on humanity. Don't develop animosity towards advocates. They r ur saviours of human rights who always cry against injustice wherever it may be. more
