No mention of new year gatherings. 500 people limit - what it is a small hall? Why cultural activities only in educational institutions to be suspended and not others? Last Saturday to Wednesday we were witness to the Kadalakai parishe which saw huuuuuge turnout of crowds euth no distancing, very few masked and hygiene gone for a toss? Why was this allowed? Niw Who and how will these measures be implemented? Looks like there are again restrictions on travel into the state, especially by road and rail. Essentially, it is old wine in new bottle. more
