Improving citizen safety in Delhi -- cooperation by citizens
For improving the citizen safety in delhi and make Delhi safe and secure for all ,in addition to the vigilant and sincere duty by the personnel of security agency, citizens also are supposed to contribute on their part by enabling them do their duty as per rule. But it has been observed there are lot of behavioral problems on the part of public which hinders smooth conduction of security at various public places like Metro, Railway stations, airports ,Malls ,Bus stands etc.
It is agreed that security agencies must be sensitive to privacy and dignity of the public but public also for their own safety and security including the public property must cooperate on their part by becoming a responsible citizen. So to contribute on our part commuters at bus stands, railway stations , Airport and Metro station must cooperate with security agency in fulfilling their security duty for our lifeand public property. So public on their part must not;
1. Joke for smomething in their pocket.
2. Should cooperate by showing our pocket's & purse's content.
3. Should wait for our turn in line without pushing others peacefully & calmly, without casting aspersion on security personnel.
4.Without disclosing our identity permit the security personnel to do his duty of checking/ frisking.
5. should abide by the rules and regulations of the security agency and department concerned for security is being conductyed.
6. We should be constructive and contributing citizen and not obstructing or bad citizen.
So in our education in addition to other behavioural training also be made part of our curriculam more
