Have Soybean for reduced Cholesterol

If you want to keep a check on your cholesterol level, you need to change your diet and include foods that can help you keep it balanced. One such natural food that is easily available and is good for the heart is soya bean.

Sure Chakreshji, garlic, ginger, tulsi leaves, apple cedar vinegar and spices line cardamom, cinnamon, fenugreek if consumed on regular basis can bring down bad cholesterol and mixed nuts if consumed on regular basis in small amounts daily can reduce bad and improve good one. more
