As many of you may already know, 78% LocalCircles members supported the 500/1000 currency change campaign conducted Oct 31 - Nov 7, 2016.
With this post, we want you to give us inputs on what issues you are facing in Goa in your daily life with the discontinuation of 500 and 1000 notes.

U would like authorities to look in this very serious and confidential matter which I will reveal now. Some bank managers are helping prime customers with placing customer's fund in chosen dormant accounts and after sometime revert the fund to account or transfer to other account as a entry mistake . This is being done at 60(customer):40(manager) rate. Details we have to find. more

i have two friends from holland visiting who just can not exchange euros for indian currency. exchanges either say they dont have money or offer the old notes. At present i am haveing to pay their expenses but this cant go on much longer. Advise and solutions please. more

Practically no problem for me or any common law abiding person. change is not problem. Suggestion is monitor the video closely to check the suspicious frequent exchangers at post and bank more

Great initiative by PM. Few inputs are provided to achieve this really honest move. 1)I do see many people bringing innocent persons for exchange at banks and post repeatedly. 2) There is sudden increase in purchase of electronic items in back date. 3) there is sudden rise in Sand, Quarry, laterite stone mining and transport even in late night. This increase in traffic causing pollution by spillage of load, emission, noise and may cause accidents. 4) Some political leaders are busy in hoarding of fuels in barrels to tune of 20 -25 lakhs. 5 more
