Some of the requests like standing up a school fee regulator and requiring schools with profit objectives

after demonetisation, it was probably after thought to promote cashless transactions and reward those who opt for it. Better late than never more

This only proves that Government had not planned demonetization properly. Instead of asking illiterate populace to embrace cashless transactions, the initiative should have been with all government, state controlled institutions like educational institutions, state transport buses, railways to equip there offices for accepting cashless payments. more

Easiest way to curb our of the way fund raising by making it mandatory for schools, colleges to accept fees by e payment or cheque only. NEFT,RTGS should be the mode of payment. Institution should be given time frame to comply, ad majority parents are having bank account. To my surprise premium institution like Goa engendering college at present does not accept any mode of payment but for cash for semester exams that too Rs 22000/- . Its shocking that technology they teach not being used for self management. more
