Constitutionally bound Directives of Rule and Mandates of Justified Rule had been side-tracked by Politically empowered Legislators RESULTING FAILURE OF CONSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVES OF RULE. IF Election Commission is fully bound to the Constitutional Objectives concluded in Constituent Assembly, IPC on OFFENSES RELATING TO ELECTIONS, Preamble guarantee of JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political,; the Rule in the Country should have been strictly as per the Objectives of our Constitution. Country and Citizens need Constitutionally bound Rule as opted by NDA FOR THE JUSTIFIED RULE IN THE COUNTRY. Before any Elections, EC shall Regulate comprehensively and SC TO direct needed stipulations on ; Electioneering, Offenses relating to Elections, Disqualifying those possessing Criminal Cases other than relating to Political Protests, Code for Performance of Elected Members within and outside Houses, Responsibility in CONCLUDING Business, AND THE FUNDAMENTAL DUTY OF POLITICAL PARTIES IN ACCOUNTING, AUDIT AND SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL A/Cs to EC , Ultimate responsibility of EC to notify General Public reporting all ISSUES AND ACTIONS TAKEN. more

Major Parties still criticizing DEMONETIZATION BY BJP WHICH ALONE IDENTIFIED SUSPICIOUS MONEY TOTALLY ABOUT MORE THAN 6 - 8 LAKH CRORES. JUDGES THOSE VIEW NEWSPAPER OR TV TO THINK AND HELP FOR A JUSTIFIED FUTURE TO INNOCENT PEOPLE KEEPING IN VIEW THE 2011 Statistics as well as the Volume of Funds and Finances Swindled through HUNDI , MONEY LAUNDERING AND QUID PRO-QUO , MISAPPROPRIATIONS etc. more

EC was set buisy and disturbed willfully by some States. Manny Parties commenting on EC regularly through Media. Many are preferring cases against EC too. EC thus naturally. Became Buisy and tired with issue of acting against Official guidelines. I observed that since about 25 days EC is not sharing Media weekly as in the past. THE ISSUES OF CURRENCY AND GOODS SEIZED ARE NOT BEING NOTIFIED BY EC . Political Parties also making SC too buisy with issues other than Offenses relating to Elections AND THE ISSUES OF NON NOTIFICATION OF CONVICTIONS . Thus most important Issues are set aside keeping Voters in Dark. THIS PRE PLANNING on the other hand diluted and diversified Vigilance Checks AND ACTIONS ON OFFENSES RELATING TO ELECTIONS. SC INFORMED EC THAT THEY/SC WILL TAKE UP THE ISSUES OF RIGHTSAND PERFORMANCE OF Election Commission soon . SC IS TO DIRECT ALL PENDING AND REQUISITE REGULATIONS OF ELECTIONEERING , CONTESTANTS AND PERFORMANCE OF ELECTED MEMBERS. SC also to prescribe revised Volume of punishments of IPC Sec. 171 A to J to mach with 21st Century . THESE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES LONG PENDING. more
