Efforts to change caste name of community
One ancient clan in Rajputana migrated at different time all over India due to various reasons . As per their different migration times , they developed into particular society or caste. These all societies are having different cultures , traditions, dialects now.
Government system has recorded particular prevailing names of castes to community members . Ancestors were having particular caste or society name .
Now , some unions are trying to connect all present communities belong to that ancient clan . Don't know why . No matter, let them do. But in that effort of making united clan , they have declared that all diiferent communities will have one New name . Accordingly they are making publicity too . This type of activity may be first one in India or world .
Due to this propaganda of new name , new generation started using new name of community , however their ancestors caste name is different . Many of them are facing difficulty in obtaining caste validity with new name . Because caste name of ancestors before 1968 is required for caste validity .
New generation is being misguided by Unions . Whatever name people have, should not be changed .
These unions are trying to spread wrong name among the community members .
As per law, caste decided by Birth . Caste can not be changed .
Do the Change of name of Community or caste is possible ? Is it lawful ?
Is it lawful to make union of communities or castes under the clannish base . Will it be good for Indian integrity in future ? more

Castes existed as at 1968 are full and Complete. Illfull Reservation Policy is the root Cause of this Opted change of Caste , Community . Castes have no place in Indian Constitution Since they create clashes jealousy and even Rivalry. The Congress Party had willfully penetrated Castes System in Rule for Increasing their Political strength. This Congress in 2018-19 also instigated " Patel Caste " in Gujarat and guaranteed Reservations to 'PATEL CASTE' . H'ble Supreme Court to understand and Regulate Castes Reservations referring Articles 16, 15, 46 and 340 which didn't consider Castes Other than tribals SC/ST for removing Castes System to promote Equality, Equal Opportunity and Fraternity . more

Dr Ambedkar quoted that Castes are anti-national since they create jealousy antipathy and rivalry between Castes. Caste base given birth to Community base . These Two are creating unrest in general Public in addition to the Issue of Caste based Reservations opted by Congress Govt. Articles of Reservations ete benefits 16, 45,46,15(4), 340 didnot mention Castes. Only Background Classes and Weaker Sections are mentioned. Caste system as already afraid by DR AMBEDKAR CREATED JEALOUSY ANTIPATHY AND EVEN RIVALRY . * if comprehensively thought it Censes of Religion is necessary and not the Caste . more

On 11-2-2021 Govt in Rajya Sabha Notified that those SC, ST whoever Convert their Religion into Islam or Christianity Religions will not be Eligible for RESERVATIONS quoting the Orders and Sections of 1950 and 1951 . Castes were identified and Notified in 1963 Recognising the Castes in Indian Territory . 2) On 22-04-2020 5 Members Bench Judges of SC Notified " there is Struggle within as to worthiness for entitlement within Reserved Classes of SC/ST and other Backward Classes. Also Commented on improving Economic and Social Status as well as Deletion of Reservations. more

It is unfortunate that we continue to fight over the caste system - why cann't we all belong to one caste called 'Indian'! I do not know my so called caste and I don't care what it is supposed to be!! more

Though it is not expected , but caste is the identification of person and is being asked in Government formalities . Instead of neglecting Caste system , people are trying to create new caste, and this is amazing. more

Caste decided by Birth is undoubted. Caste change on any pretext shall not create controversy in Community and also Shall not effect SC BC structure. 1968 Caste confinement is the base for all legal identification. There is only system of Change of Religion under Belief Faith and Follow and not the Caste . Further, a profession cannot qualify a Caste . Except Recognition of Caste of Birth as per the Castes identified as at 1968 there is no way of finding / identifying a new Caste . more
