The daily fights of Delhi govt and Lt Governor leaves union govts seat in Delhi as a hapless spectator of anarchy.The answer maybe remove statehood , keep it as union territory, Only LG and beaurocrats can run Delhi .There will not be a clash between center and state of Delhi. more

This option of Delhi Legislators is in one way defy of Rule of Law and its Procedures abundantly available AND IN THE OTHER WAY IS THE UNDUE ACTIVISTIC POLITICISM . The 4 CMS with Congress preferred S.C. on the karnataka Governor's order , BUT , PREFERRED POLITICAL PROTESTS ON THE Lt. GOVERNOR OF DELHI . They could have moved either the President or the Court instead of reducing to Politicism . Politicians of all Status are to honour the Courts and , the Administrative Procedures set under the Constitution . This attitude really had been leading to insult of IAS, IPS besides many IAS and IPS were willfully transferred to unimportant posts and , even to remote areas many times since 70s . This overmastering of Politicians since last 2 decades made the Bureaucrats even IAS, IPS away from their real consensus and dedication to duty . There are issues of such overmastering of Political Authorities and some cases still pending . Reforms and Regulations in many Sectors as were already discussed in our mother Circle need to be fast enacted, implemented and enforced . But, the States at their own individual interest of power , and , some of the Parliamentarians working in support of them are still to take interest on their own Citizen Voters . more

Bad trend in democracy for a CM transgressing in to LGs of office to protest .continuous clash in capital against union government situated locally will create a security issue in the long run for a sensitive region like capital of a country. The party at center will have a rethink whether there should be hostile government at capital where it is ruling.Thus will dusturb, distract the functioning .Capital should be under union government to avoid this . more
