Democracy not able take a healthy shapes in practicality!
It's very pathetic & unfortunate too that to for a country like India, where personalities demands to be best educated!
Still after 72 years of Independence our our Democracy not able take a healthy shapes in practicality!
Our Supreme Court & Legislative assemblies are failed to establish balanced Laws even for those primary matters of human Civilization!

'NOTA' is the fast remedial weapon like Article 32 if recognized as Voting for President's Rule for the period. This will help a lot without any need of a Political Party for rightful and meaningful Rule that enforce the Constitutional Mandates and Provisions.

As staged by Dr. Ambedkar, the situation to be turned only by Voting Citizen. S.C.also confined that Citizen is the ultimate authority in Democracy. The divide and rule policy opted by Politicians preferring Cast-wise, Community-wise, Religion-wise, and the newly started Gender-wise differences and disparities BESIDES LEADING CITIZEN AWAY FROM : Education and, Adequate Means of Livelihood that were mandated under Article 45, 46 and 41 read with the very Life Article 21 and the guarantees contemplated in the preamble of the Constitution IS ONLY THE ROOT CAUSE OF DIVERSIFIED DEMOCRACY IN INDIA. Dr. Ambedkar also clarified that the mandates of this Constitution comprised and set for such a Democracy that majority people may Opt. 1. Individualistic Economic Democracy 2. Socialistic Economic Democracy. 3. Communist method of Democracy Presently lead Democratic is merely Individualistic Economic Democracy THAT IS NOW AUGHT TO BE TRANSFORMED INTO ' Socialistic Economic Democracy ' which only is the meaningful method of Rule under Democracy. more

The main issues are in the last 60+years many bad things are laid in. To eradicate needs minimum one more term to eliminate bureaucrats in every field and to install country and people welfare interested officials. Besides even elected members pension rules should be that applicable for any retired pensioners. The perks to have only half of the currently enjoyed. more

We need eradicating the political system of governance, bureaucrats come later. There is also a need to bring change in the training of IAS/IPS/IFS officers at Mussoorie. Reason is very simple: the political system has the principle of 'Ruling Over' the masses and controlling the business management for their profits, meaning there subjugating the citizens and controlling the natural resources. Because of the insincerity of these two classes - political and bureaucratic - we need change in the governance of Indian Democracy from political to pure 'government of the people, for the people, by the people' more

if u keep crying then future generations will also have to keep crying. the mess is due to ineffective judiciary. our judiciary allows absolute authority and impeccable immunity without any explicit accountability on to judges/advocates which is being exploited to make earning out of grievances by advocates. the merits of the case have lost priorities and other manipulation have bcom important. Judicial reforms fastening responsibility of advocates/judges to strictly adhere to rule of law otherwise punishable for aiding injustice is the need of hour. i have prepared rough petition " Indian Judiciary kills" which ull find under petition. If u fine it proper then u and ur friends may please sign it and we will pursue the matter to logical ends. more
