In the IT capital they proudle announce contactless one will get on line all the necessary certificates and one need not go to the office to get but unfortunately that is not the case.None of the so called online applications work since it says you will get an otp which never comes so ultimately one gets frustrated after repeated trying and ultimately goes to the dept and there you have people waiting for you to help you by loosening your pockets.as someone said none of the minsters are interested in serving the people or solve the issues .ONe can see the state of roads and basic infrastructure is not there more
The only way to reduce this is for the government to implement technology solutions for citizens so that one does not have to face the officials for processes or making payments. The more the visit to govt offices or meeting them, the more the chances of corruption. At least, the citizens who want to follow the process and not take shortcuts will not have to pay the price. more
