** Ethics of Trade and Business drained opting Black Money Generations ; Honesty, Trust, Reliability, Responsibility of Governments and Public Sector left off preferring Corruption ; Responsibility, Duty- binding, Oath of Performance Set aside by Political Authorities conceding to Corrupt Practices bridging Concealed Wealth in the tenure of Congress Party Rule in the Country in all 5 and 1/2 Decades . more
