Child trafficking in India

Child trafficking and girls abduction for brothels in India is rampant and surprisingly not coming under control as can be seen from crime records. At Nagpur police frequently raid brothels and release minor girls from the clutches of sex mafias. These girls appear to have gone to same rackets through tricks by so called personified parents of the rescued girls this is a lacuna in the system. Are the police acting at other places in the same way or waiting for complaints to be lodged? Nagpur police are excellent in the performance. Places like Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, etc. have gone to the extreme and need a war hysteria to get to solution. It is therefore necessary that
1. An access to every house, establishment, Industry, shops, farms, Brothels must be made once an year by a group of three persons compromising a police inspector, municipal officer and the Municipal corporater to Verify the hygienic living, child labor, illegal immigrants, garbage disposal, children upbringing, grievances and redressals. This is done in USA as periodical inspection of apartments.
2. Immediate access by these officers to places of suspicion and on receiving complaints.
3. Shot down pimps, and traffickers when apprehended.
4. The access to most places is difficult in India due to ghetto and hide out places construction. There must not be inaccessible hide out by law.
5. Spending huge amounts on satkar, rewards, rallies, and utsawas, instead be spent on orphanages, old houses, there constructions, maintenance and quality improvements.
6. Fund allocation for Rewards be announced for right information about trafficking and abduction.
7. All efforts to encourage public participation through requests, rewards, advertisements, conspicuous display of helpline Telephone Numbers.
8. Encourage educated and patriotic people for adaption of children from orphanages for bringing them up like their own children. This is practiced in USA through church members.
9. Funds be granted to national level cultural organizations like Church, Madarasa, RSS, to manage old houses and orphanages, vidhawa ashrams, destitutes etc.
10. Those willing Women and men be given licenses to practice as commercial sex workers and demolish all sex dens, dance bars and brothels.
11. Extensive propaganda, training and information at every school, college by visiting personnel to be educate children regarding child abuse their rights and the protection, fear free behavior for retaliation and self-defense.
12. Every child must have an address and a parent’s tel. no embossed on shirt.
13. Responsibility for Interaction, education, and safety in villages for child trafficking must be fixed with sarpanch legally.
14. Parents must be educated through all TV channels of children’s rights, parents vigilance and duties towards children.
15. Reform law for dwibharya. Encourage two wife concept to deal with dowry, unmarried girls and rampant prostitution by poverty stricken. A social solution for social problem.
16. Encourage joint family concepts through socialist solutions.
17. There are still more more

T N GOVT HAS FOLLOW THE NAGPUR more
It is very very important issue hence needs a dedicated department on country level. Similarly the organized & unorganised gangs behind the begging business needs tracking of such gangs and deal with them heavy handedly in all applicable means. This are all happens because of poor laws, implementation authority of laws are negligent about all this matters, lack of people awareness, some politicians are also involved in such crimes, high lightning of women in all TV advt. movies, and in all social media sites must be controlled. Those involved in such crimes must be punished immediately without referring court, like death penalty by beheading, if you don't do this, all innocent girls/ women will be ruined in our country and they will be living like hell conditions in their life. more
I strongly support the view of Mr. Sharad. Let start follow it to reach some goal. more
Objectification of Women must STOP in movies, advertisements. This has brought down the status of women in society. And I am not talking here only about Indian women but also western women the way we show them in our movies, ads, TV shows etc. We project western women as a thing to consume and when westerners project our poverty ridden society we cry foul! Such level of hypocrisy exists in our mind. Men must learn to respect every women whether Indian or Foreigner. Another instance of hypocrisy is that intellectual people, media like to talk about women empowerment but most of those very people, media don't know about or follow and cheer for our country's women football team, cricket team, hockey team, athletics team. They don't take inspiration from the valour of Rani Jhansi Lakshmi Bai, Sarojini Naidu. They don't teach the next generation about the feats achieved by highly respectful Kalpna Chawla, Mary Kom etc. but those people run like wild dogs for some cheap Bollywood actresses. There is corruption of morals in media nowadays at vast level and we have to eliminate it for the betterment of women and society. And to re-establish the divine status of women in the society. more
