Cheating by Flipkart
I had bought one mobile from Flipkart 8 months ago. At the time of purchase I had participated in future exchange program by paying a premium for an exchange value of Rs 15401/-
On the last day of exchange date I bought a new phone under exchange. The delivery guy refused to pickup the previous phone and I was asked to approach the Head Office of Flipkart.
Head office of Flipkart approved the exchange and the same delivery guy again refused to exchange the phone even after approved from HO.
Now that the last date has expired, Flipkart is refusing to restore my previous exchange value of 15401/-, which I am entitled to. more

How and why Flipkart can refuse an agreement and the Delivery boy must be penalised for not honoring a commitment entered earlier. more

This is yet another company. Apart from Amazon, many more companies follow. Such cheating companies should be totally smashed. Only Govt. should act fast and save the public. more
