Challenges to India need Judicial intervention
1. Lord Macaulay's conclusion on 2-2-1835 in British Parliament : I have seen this Country around , such high level moral values, people of such caliber , that I do not think we would ever conquer this Country unless we break the very backbone of this nation which is her spiritual and cultural heritage and therefore I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system her Culture , for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own , they will loose their self-esteem , their native Culture and they will become what want them , a true dominated nation " .
2. One Mujahid Balussery, a Kerala Preacher called for 'CALIPHATE' in the State of Kerala for converting the State into ISLSMIC STATE as per Yesterday's News. Kerala is also Renowned for it's Spiritual and Golden Wealth Treasure as is evident from SABARIMALA Swamy Ayyappa Temple and Lord Anantapadmanabha Swamy Temple etc and Such Treasures of adjacent Tamilnadu .

Even Article 25 (a) do not permit Indulging in Religious Practice by State. 25, 26 did not Allow Participation or even Entrance into OTHER'S Religious Temple/ Holy Place OF OTHER RELIGION . Clause 2 -b of Article 25 include only Jain, Sikh and Buddhist for Hindu Belief, Faith AND DID NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER .
