Building Owner Problem
As per the Owner is not responing due to Dirty on the building. we are facing lot of mosqueto issue and our children are getting sick.
The building owner taking the rent on time but not able to respond the issue of problem of mosquieto and dirty in the building.
If we complain he will bring is nephew to tell the issue.
We are suffering lot of problem, we are unable find the solution in blr. There is no support for us.
Kindly guide what to be done for the same.

Get the common area cleaned by yourself and detect the money you spent to clean it up from your rental.. more

Since, you are living in the building, alongwith your co-residents, you organise a cleaning program on a holiday to keep not only your building compound , but also surrounding areas neat and clean. It can be repeated as frequently as required. more

That is always the case. i have an incident that i volunteer to keep the garbage bin near to my parking as at that time i was not having a 4 wheeler and once i have it request for removal. The only one who oppose is a few owners. There is no governing body esp if you are not talking in Kannada no official will hardly listen to you. more
