I am the owner of MIG Flat in Surabhi Apartment at 2nd floor.i want approval for extending my balcony for additional room.What formalities & approvals are reqquired.Whom to approach in DDA.

First of all your society has to pass a resolution in this regard in AGM and after approval of the same by AGM, it has to be sanctioned by the Registrar CGHS and thereafter the same has to be sent to DDA for approval with a copy to MCD because it can not be done on the request of a single member of a Society as per Society Act 2003. The Governing body of the society has to initiate action in this regard. more
