Anti Social Element

Dear Experts,
We have a small RWA in Palam Colony, consisting of 12 Flats, of which 4th Floor (Three Flats) are vacant. One Flat owner (70 year old residing with two daughters aged around 42 and 38) there are many cases pending against them, does not pay common, lift bills, cleaning charges etc. Around 20 days back we were organising our regular monthly meeting and we have already informed every member about the meeting. But this person didn't turned up, we have called him twice but still he didn't turn up. After meeting is over he came along with his daughters and started abusing foul language to us also he was trying to hit one of our members in saving himself the member pushed him slightly and there daughters again used foul language and took there father for check up and RML hospital. They have also called police and imposed false charges on us.

The PCR came and informed us to visit the police station.

Next day SI came to our society and noted our Address and phone number. After that he didn't turned up.

Please advise what steps should we take further. more

I suggest that also look for it as human problem. It is ok to save yourselves from legal problems but also try to find out the route cause of their behaviour. May be these persons are in some kind of problem and your and few good words from you and other neighbors can help them. more
Thank You Amit more
Dear Prashant, In my opinion, lodge an appropriate police complaint immediately detailing about the background of story, on behalf of society issue a notice for recovery of dues & then file recovery suit. All this would help you in criminal case if registered against you. Regards Amit Gandhi Advocate more
