After Uri, Retaliation is now or never!
Retaliation can be in 3 phases
Phase I - Immediately
1 Take away any special priviledges from all arrested terrorists. Put all Terrorist arrested with Indian murderers in the same multi occupancy cell. No Biriyani, no security, nothing. If any untoward incidents happen we will setup a commission if Human Rights so wish, we know our commission and its timelyness anyway.
2 Promulgate strict law against all directly or indirectly aiding terror. Arrest all leaders of outfit that sympathize with terror groups. Police should be given a free hand, no questions asked, either get them or get out.
3 Destroy Drug & prostitution funding channels
crack down on Hawala irrespective of political patronage and this be done by Central government.
Phase II - In Two weeks
1. International propaganda against Pak starts
2. Dont bank on UNO, USA, UK, even though you involve them in your agenda
3. Align natural allies Russia, Nepal, Afghanistan, Celon, but remember Bangladesh, Myanmar are sitting on the fence, you can't be sure.
4. Involve Japan, Israel, France, Germany, etc.
Phase III - In Four weeks
1. Vulcanize Pak in Baloch, Sind etc
2. Precision attck on POK, if we go wrong we may hit the Pak - China corridor
3. Arm nuclear weapons and anti missile system. prepare for Guerilla attack, have Para regiment ready
4. Target all economic zones and prepare for Cyber attack and Security
5. Air advice on disaster management on being nuked. Expand and mobilize both TA and civil defence.
Make it clear to the World we mean business. Either with India and its consumer market, or with Terror state of Pakistan supported by China. Clear voice of India and its citizens should sent out, while activating NRI groups everywhere. Declare War Emergency as a clear message of People's Will! more

I am of the opinion we should attack the enemy and the news of our attacking should not be wide publisized and the meetings of top milatary officials should be within the milatary officials and need to maintain some secrecy and banned for publicity. more

we should concentrate to improve local security as well as plug entry of terrorists across borders. If we are able to do this and keep proper vigil all time, we should be able to prevent such incidents and also reduce such incidents in future more
