There is need of finding remedial alternatives : 1] Everyone having 2.5 Lakhs yearly Income need Aadhaar. 2] Every Purchaser of Land and Properties need Aadhaar via PAN. 3] Every Agent/Contractor/ Professional getting above [now 20 thousand ] be set at Rs.2,000/- 4] All Subsidies, Grants, Reliefs, Loans, Funding of Govt. shall be set on Value Based transferring to only Bank and Post Office Payment Banks. 5] Banks are presently concealing/hiding the Amounts of various A/cs and Valuable Items of Lockers THAT ARE NOW TO BE MANDATED for disclosure to Income Tax Department . 6] All Welfare issues of Students are to be set on Value Based transferring to only Bank/P.O.A/cs of Students. THIS LEAVES AADHAAR LINKAGE to PHONES : GOI to bring all Phone Providers under One Roof like Banks Nationalization even befitting 20% Subsidy and , MANDATE ONE SIM PER HEAD. This will control misuse of Phones AND ARREST ESCAPING AND ABSCONDING BY ANY INCLUDING those running Polic and Court Cases as well as, those Criminals in the Society and, the Terrorist Groups . more

We dont trust ourselves that is why laws are there. Now for each activity we depend on laws. How much we can stretch our laws nd courts. Why cant we mend our ways of living honestly. Undoubtedly, proposal, if accepted will help in better administration. more

S.C. order saves only Govt. Funds. Govt Funds to Banks/ Financial Institutions , Public Funds and Savings in Banks and Financial Institutions are still left off in this Judgment AND, it may be because Aadhaar Law was said to be set under Financial Bill. Now, there is need to demand for the left 2 issues.
Secondly, today's S.C. verdict on 497 exempts Adultery under Constitutionally preferred Equality and Equal Application of Law. But, Socially, it increases EASY AND FAST DIVORCE ; WHILE IN OTHER WAY INCREASE KILLINGS AND EVEN MURDERS AT THE QUESTION OF SANCTITY OF WOMEN MODESTY AND CONSENSUS.
These 2 issues prove and raise the question ' Why cant we mend our ways of living honestly. ' AND MANDATES FOR CITIZEN REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIETY LIVING IN , SAFETY AND SECURITY IN THE SOCIETY , BESIDES MODESTY, DECENCY, SANCTITY AND CONSENSUS.
